  My elderly mother lost her TV signal. Simon arrived promptly at the time arranged and fixed the problem there and then. Friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

  Today I needed to use a company in your most useful booklet, 2023-24 edition, Our Local Expert.co.uk. I wanted to give you some feedback on their excellent service.County Aerials Somerset, listing #1, page 1.Upon return from being away for a few days, both my TVs were not working properly or not working at all and Freeview was almost non-existent including many channel losses. I’d tried re-tuning etc. and nothing worked.   Aerials Somerset this afternoon….he happened to have a spare hour between appointments (his office is closeby) so came over extremely quickly. Within some minutes he’d identified the issue (faulty amp etc) and speedily fixed it. So, calm was restored and TVs, Freeview all happy again. This is exceptional service and such a nice chap too. I recommend Simon and his company 100%…outstanding.

  Simon very quickly identified the issue with our poor television signal quality, which had been degrading slowly over months, and was also able to fix the problem (new masthead amplifier required). The sound and picture quality on both televisions are now crystal clear.

  I’m just phoning to say thank you I phoned this morning and you gave me a number for somebody to come and look at a television – it was Simon at County aerials. He was in the area, he came this morning. Unfortunately our television has gone put, but never mind we’ve been out this afternoon and we bought a new one from Currys. I thought I would reply back and say how delighted we were with the phone number you gave us thank you very much!

  I phoned several companies from the internet, but he was the only one who answered the phone straight away. Simon came round – he was business like, prepared, he made notes, looked at what we wanted, suggested things. He gave us a written estimate on the spot. We later accepted the estimate and he came back when he said he would and did the work fine. He installed a new TV aerial.   We use Simon when we do extensions, new builds etc. He does all the cctv, all the security work for the cameras, he’s done TV aerials on new builds and extensions. He’s a lovely bloke, I’m happy for him to deal direct with my customers. I’ve known him for quite a long time and have used him for years – I won’t use anyone else.
