  I can't praise Paramount Garage doors enough. We asked if they would come early to fit our new garage door and they did. Because it was so early they were really considerate of the noise and kept it to a minimum. The garage door looks brilliant and I would definitely recommend them.

  They've just paid me a visit to service my doors and sort out a couple of issues. They were absolutely fantastic – the whole the whole service was very good. I rang on Thursday last week and they've come on Tuesday this week which is excellent. They were on time and very polite and they serviced the doors without any problems at all. Very very knowledgeable.

  We have used Paramount Garage doors to fit a replacement electric door. From first visit to completion of fitting we were given excellent service. We were given a number of options of types and colours suitable to fit our garage and warranty lengths. On completion of fitting Bill talked us through the information book and ensured that we opened closed the doors ourselves to make certain that we knew how to operate it. Being in my late 70’s being given such clear and easy to understand instructions makes a pleasant change.

  I had a problem with the metal frame of my garage door to the point where it wouldn’t close fully. I contacted Paramount GD as I had used them before and found them to be very good.It began to look like it might be unfixable and I was facing a complete new door installation but Paramount worked wonders and managed to fix and service my existing door and frame and now it works perfectly. They clearly explained beforehand what needed to be done (as the old door was in pretty poor shape), and they did the work itself very efficiently and professionally.   new garage door and they were able to supply one big enough, as mine was not a standard width. Also a dry day was needed as a lot of wooden stock needed to be put outside on the drive to give necessary space for the fitting. They were so kind and helpful doing what strictly speaking wasn’t necessarily part of their job – and put everything back inside carefully.So I am definitely happy to recommend them.

  Paramount responded quickly when we had an issue with our garage door which was jammed open. Bill and Nick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and arranged the ordering of a new door and fitments. We had a call when the new door had arrived at the depot, an early and convenient time was arranged for the fitting and Bill and Nick returned, on time, to install it.   Bill and Nick expertly gained access through my very ancient (20+ years) and recently jammed automatic garage door. They thoroughly explained the options and we agreed on a replacement. When it was supplied after a few weeks they came and fitted it proficiently and left everything very tidy. I expect that this system will see me out, but I am likely to enjoy their company at servicing visits (as strongly hinted by Bill!)

  I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were considerate, communicated well, efficient. The garage door was broken and we were unable to get to our electrics or boiler in the garage. We needed a new garage door and the order was marked urgent. Even though the delivery vehicle delivering our door to Paramount was involved in an accident, delaying the delivery and installation we were notified immediately and kept in the picture. We are very satisfied customers!

  What a super company to deal with! I was literally stuck outside my garage with no chance of getting in as the door springs had broken! Paramount appeared within two hours to help me as it was an emergency, opened the door and assessed that there was a considerable amount of damage to the (ancient) system. I therefore decided to replace the door and mechanism and was very helpfully guided through the options. On the day of fitting everything was carried out professionally and considerately. I would recommend Paramount Garage Doors without any hesitation.

  The main cable on my garage door broke late one Friday night so I used “Our Local Expert”. I rang Paramount Garage doors on the Saturday morning and left a message. I was contacted and informed that, due to Covid, the local staff were all isolating but staff from another area were covering and would be with me on the Wednesday mid morning. The two men arrived, quickly assessed the problem and politely explained how and why the problem had occurred and quickly rectified the fault. They were excellent and efficient with no trace of rubbish left.

  Prompt response to a request for a survey. A number of options suggested with a cautionary comment that fitting a new door might take 4 – 12 weeks because of delivery issues. In the event new door fitted within three weeks. Excellent job completed by courteous and humorous fitters. Pricing was competative and work completed in short time. They showed me that the roller wasn’t round and replaced it.More recently the door was sticking, which again they have fixed.They are friendly, quick, they do a good job.   An excellent company without doubt.The initial telephone advice showed extensive knowlede of the products. The guys who came to measure and provide an estimate were polite, listened to my requirements and talked through the options. At no point did they apply any pressure to purchase.The door was delivered in the timescale indicated and fitted to fit in with my request.In fact on the day of fitting they went the extra mile by providing an extra fitter so that the work could be completed in order to avoid a neighbours funeral.Can totally recommend the company.

  I can’t speak highly enough of them. I had some up-and-over garage doors installed in 2014 which had stopped working. I couldn’t get hold of the original installer, but Paramount came and even took the trouble to contact the original installer to get my warranty – I couldn’t believe it!   A lightning srike early on 29th Decenber 2017 caused my automatic garage door opener to fail., as well as the telephone and internet connections to all surrounding properties.   I have been waiting for 2 years for someone to fix my garage door, have struggled to get people out to look at it and when they do they have all said the motor is gone you need a whole new system. Paramount came out after a few moments- the time it took to make a cup of coffee they had diagnosed the fault, which was completely in line with what I suspected.   This company was thoroughly professional from start to finish. The workmanship was first class and the site was left spotlessly clean after removal of the old door and associated debris.I suspect that they are not the cheapest around but defy anyone to do a better job. I would highly recommend them.

  My Father required his electric garage door fixing. It looked like the motor would need replacing and this would be a £800 cost.   The cable broke on my garage door so I called someone out of the Yellow Pages. They called round at 6pm, saying that the door couldn’t be repaired – it was 30 years old and you can’t get the parts anymore.This morning, Paramount Doors called round, and they had the spare part ready in their van. I was very pleased with their work, and obviously saved a lot of money!

  Absolutely brilliant! I rang them up an hour and 10 minutes ago to say my garage door had come straight off its runners. Within half an hour someone was here, within 45 minutes it was fixed. Absolutely brilliant service.

  We have just had a new door fitted by Paramount and it is absolutely brilliant. The service we had was wonderful, and they cleaned up brilliantly after they had finished.Bill was brilliant. Very honest and trustworthy. He is a credit to his company.We had to replace our garage door which was one of those ones with concrete pillars on wires.   I phoned Paramount because I see they offer a 24hour service. It was 5.15 and the engineer, Bill was on his way home, but he turned back and came to see the problems I was having.He arranged a temporary solution – a side door that enabled me to still use my washing machine and other facilities that I keep in my garage.He said they would phone the next morning to see if I wanted them to provide a permanent solution.   it there and then. I feel that I am a good judge of character, and I trusted him completely. I felt completely comfortable.I was given clear guidance on what they would do, when. Steve called when they had the door ready to install, and phoned to check that I was still okay with arrangements. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did the job. Nothing was too much trouble – for example they had to move a pile of bricks but they put them all back exactly where they were moved from. Everything was left tidy, it was perfect, as if they’d never been there.Steve phoned back a couple of days after the job was completed to check that I was happy with the work. I really don’t know how I would cope without what they have done. I have rheumatoid arthritis, but all I have to do is press a button from inside my home, and the garage is open by the time I go out.I later found out that my neighbour had used them, and they were also delighted. In fact their neighbours also used them too!I have no complaints whatsoever. They were wonderful from start to finish.

  For replacement garage door. Having had the misfortune of having a broken and buckled garage door, within a week of contacting Paramount Garage doors I now have a brand new, well fitted and secure garage. The service was prompt, the advice on the type of doors available succinct and not overbearing and the fitting well carried out. The finished article is excellent with friendly advice on subsequent maintenance. Overall an excellent and friendly service from a local company.

  All personnel who attended were polite and efficient and came when they said they would. Work carried out efficiently, with all aspects explained. The site was left clean and tidy on completion. Though possibly not the cheapest, it was an emergency call out with no opportunity to get comparisons. I would however recommend them for their courtesy and understanding and expertise.

  I was extremely impressed by the service I received. The men turned up to repair my garage door within a couple of hours of my call. I was advised of what needed to be done, and the cost of repair, prior to any work being started. I was not pressurised in any way to accept the quote.
